today’s been my second day of summer vacation
but it doesn’t really feel like it?
it just feels like spring break
it probably won’t even set in that it’s summer until band camp starts
hah
oh well, i’ll appreciate my last summer job free
i only have two days of school left until im a senior
these last couple days have been terrible
i pulled my first “all-nighter”
(i took a nap around 1:30 and another nap at 6:30, so technically i went off one hour of sleep but whatever)
and wow it was the worst idea
i had drumline after school and as soon as i got home and ate i crashed
for 12 HOURS
i havent slept that long in years

no school tomorrow because of our little election thing
and no drumline practice
and my mom’s gone at work all day
im going to do absolutely nothing productive all day and
it will be amazing
oh no
it’s starting to storm
and george is out on the side porch
my mom said to leave him there, but im afraid he’ll get scared or have to go out in the rain, or that the wind will blow the rain on him
i…dont know what to do
he isnt allowed in the house, but i dont know where to put him
